As a mentor, team builder, strategic planner and change agent he has served educational institutions and varied non-profits for three decades. He is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary and is certified in organizational and personal “Refocusing” processes.

Shola Aluko, CFO & CIO
After filling a variety of marketing and product management roles at Microsoft Corporation for the past three years, Shola became a business manager in Microsoft’s Unified Communications Group. His responsibilities include business and growth strategy for Microsoft products including Exchange, Communicator and Office Communicator Server. His early career was in the telecommunications industry with Lucent Technologies and General Electric Corporation. Shola Holds the Master of Business Administration in Finance, Strategy and Marketing from the Ohio State University and an undergraduate degree in Finance and Computer Information Systems from the University of Bridgeport.

Lisa K Buffmire, Marketing Director
A mentor in business and personal life for over 20 years Lisa is a catalyst for growth and development in the lives of clients, colleagues and friends. As a Career Management Consultant for 15 years, Lisa has facilitated hundreds of workshops and coached over 1000 people through career transition. Working with Right Management and other organizational management enterprises, Ms. Buffmire has mentored executives and professionals at all levels, in diverse industries from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. Her dedication to providing customized, practical and motivational support has generated frequent commendation for her knowledge, enthusiasm and engaging style. Lisa holds an MBA and a BFA with emphasis in education. She has served on several boards including the League of Women Voters, a Community Soup Kitchen and as chair of a Mayor’s Advisory Board regulating charities.
